Shipping Rates and Information

We treat every order for imaging supplies as a priority order, 98% of our supplies are in stock and shipped the same business day if the order is received before 5:00 PM EST. and the next business day for those received after 5:00 PM EST or on non-business days. In the unusual event that your cartridge is not in stock, you will be notified as to when your cartridge will be available for shipping, and you will have the option to back-order the item, or cancel your order.

We charge a fixed shipping cost, regardless of the order size. Many of our competitors use standard surface mail shipping, or shipping costs based on the dollar amount of the order, at FJAproducts.com you’ll pay the same low rate regardless of the order size.

International Orders

We are able to ship most items Worldwide. Our standard shipping method is International Air Mail. International Air Mail service does not come with a tracking number from our location to your International address. However, the package does contain a US Customs Declaration Id. Shipping rates will vary depending on size and weight, but most all of our products can be shipped for the rate of $15.95.

Standard Service

When you select Standard Service, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (With Delivery Confirmation), UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground, depending on what you ordered, and the weight of the items. FJAproducts.com reserves the right to use any of these carriers to ensure delivery with 3-7 business days.

If you’re ordering more than one type of product (i.e., an OEM cartridge and a remanufactured cartridge), your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged, separately. For your convenience, we are able to provide tracking numbers, which allow you to track your orders.

Second Day Air

When you select Second Day Service, your order will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or Airborne Express. FJAproducts.com reserves the right to use any of these carriers to ensure Second Business Day delivery. The cutoff time for Second Day service shipping is 5:00 PM EST., orders placed after 5:00 PM will not be shipped until the next business day. FJAproducts.com reserves the right to implement weight restrictions for heavier items, in theses cases, FJAproducts.com will contact you to arrange other shipping methods, i.e., Ground Service.
