How do I order Online?
Ordering online is easy. If you're a first time customer, simply locate your printer, fax or copier by selecting the manufacturer from the "Shop By Brand" drop-down menu, and then clicking on your model. Then simply enter the quantity you wish to purchanse and follow the prompts, it's that easy! If you have any questions, or if you'd simply prefer to order by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-800-982-9989. One of our professional customer service representatives will be more than happy to assist you.

You may complete our printable order form and mail or fax it to us. Click
Here to print the order form. If you do not wish to pay by Credit Card, please make payment by Check or Money Order payable to FJAproducts.com. Please note: if you're paying by personal check, orders will not be shipped until the funds have cleared.
How can I setup a Term Account?
FJAproducts.com is no longer accepting applications for Term Accounts, however, Purchase Orders will still be accepted as described below:

Can my supplies be easily reordered?
Once you login to your account, you can select to automatically have your supplies replaced, as per your usage schedule. If your needs change, simply return to the site and update your information. You may never need to manually place an order again! Alternatively, when it is time to reorder, just return to our site, click the 'Reorders' link, and follow the prompts. This will also work if you placed your first order over the phone - everything is intergrated.
